How Can burning Vaginal Pain And Back Pain Be Treated?

I have burning pain on my left side down in the pelvis area and severe back pain. I was in so much pain when i saw my doctor monday in my back. I am wetting the bed, I am exhausted from being in constant pain and she has ordered pelvic floor dysfunction therapy and a pelvic ultrasound. I have been suffering since November when I was treated for a UTI but that wasn t it at all. What is wrong. What is pressing on my bladder to cause constant leakage and bed wetting a lot? Help. So sad Are you kidding me? You have to pay for an answer. Like doctors don t take enough money anyways? OH My Gosh

U seem to have a condition called nocturnal enuresis due to an OVERACTIVE BLADDER. the most common cause is detrusor muscle instability.Your doctor has recommended the correct tests.
here are a few of my suggestions:
1) Try to lose weight if you are overweight
2) decrease your caffeine intake as it increases urination
3) keegel's exercises
4) make sure you dont have constipation.
5) Discuss the role of antimuscarinic agents with your doctor
